Strategic Protection Services (SPS) was formed in 2023 by a team of Cayman’s most qualified and experienced security professionals. The goal was to create a company that could deal with current global security and life safety needs as well as take a more sophisticated and strategized approach to risk mitigation and day to day issues facing businesses and individuals in the Cayman Islands.

Stuart has 30 years experience in law enforcement and all aspects of security services including VIP services for celebrities, and HNI and their business interests. He is regularly asked to speak at international industry events, and is considered one of the regions foremost experts in Caribbean security.
Conroy started his career in Jamaican Law Enforcement rising to the department level of Special Intelligence liaising with the FBI, US Embassy, and National Intelligence Bureaus. His has held management roles in industrial security, risk mitigation and other specialized services. Conroy is certified in Criminal Intelligence Analysis, Safe Crisis Management, Terrorism Financing, Financial Investigations, and other Managerial disciplines.
Jerdace has 15 years’ experience in Law Enforcement and Industrial security. Assignments have included crime fighting special squad, mobile patrols, events, close protection services, financial institution security, and surveillance (CCTV) monitoring. He was also assigned to the United States, Kingston office, Jamaica, between 2005 and 2007 as the lead Police Officer.
Sandy has over 22 years’ experience between industrial Security and Aviation Security. Her assignments have included educational institutions, airports, government administrative offices, financial institutions, VIP escorts, alarm response, CCTV monitoring. She has over 10 years’ experience in a supervisory role and has managed as many as 240 officers.
